Contextwaise

Terms of service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These terms are provided by GITMORE LTD, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 16606931), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By using contextwaise.com or the Contextwaise service, you agree to them.

1. Use of the service

Contextwaise reduces the context sent to large language models: it scores context against a question and returns what is worth sending, with a report of what was removed. It is available through the dashboard, the API and the SDK, and is currently in early access. You agree to use the service lawfully, to send only content you have the right to share, and to keep your API keys secure.

2. Plans and fees

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled. Paid billing is not open yet; nothing is charged without your agreement. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

3. Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Payments are processed securely by Paddle; we never see or store your card details. The product name or our website name appears on your card statement.

Refund policy: we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases unless otherwise stated. To request a refund, email contact@contextwaise.com within 30 days of your order completion date; we handle every refund and payment question directly.

4. Your content and data

The content you send remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. We use industry-standard security, but no system is completely secure.

5. Intellectual property

The service, software, documentation and the Contextwaise brand belong to GITMORE LTD. Code samples in our documentation and guides may be used in your own projects.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Decisions about which context to keep are made by AI and may be imperfect: review the reports, and keep your original context available as a fallback. Savings shown on the website are measured on example requests; your results depend on your data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@contextwaise.com. We aim to resolve them within 7 business days.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes are communicated by email or in the service; continued use means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
